Griddle Pan
Round cast iron griddle pan. Cooks as beautifully as it looks as the heat is evenly distributed. All items in our cast iron cookware range are pre seasoned with a vegetable oil to which fires the gleam onto the pan. After use wipe with vegetable oil. The Cast in Style griddle pan is a product we love to use, one of our favourite dishes cooked on it is the perfect steak and we would like to share the method for this with you. Deep grooves for griddle marked steak. Perfect for sausages or usedon a BBQ. The Perfect Steak. Brush your griddle with a little extra virgin olive oil. Brush your steak with the same lightly and season with a little rock salt and peppercorns if desired. Get your griddle really hot. Place the steak on the griddle. For med / rare steak cook for 7- 8 mins turning every minute. When cooked place on a very hot plate and leave to relax for five minutes. For well done add 3 minutes to the above cooking time. Well done have fun cooking and enjoy a perfect steak.
