The cast iron bacon or Panini press is used in the pan or on the griddle pan to press the bacon flat to prevent curly burnt edges, its wonderful for Panini’ s so you can make your own just like in Starbucks! The bacon is cooked to perfection, not burnt but with a crispy edge if preferred as the whole rasher is in contact with the pan. Has a ridge effect to give the char grilled look.
